Welcome to Woye! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services provided by Ingenuity Alliance Limited (“Woye”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Woye, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Woye. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

You shall not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems or services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Orders and Deliveries

Woye connects users with verified stores (restaurants, pharmacies, grocery providers) for order placement and delivery.

Orders are subject to availability, store preparation times, and delivery conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
4. Payments

All prices listed are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made via mobile money, debit/credit card, or other supported digital methods.

Woye reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or unavailable items.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Users may cancel an order within a limited window after placement, subject to store and delivery status.

Refunds are processed in line with Woye’s Refund Policy. Items that are perishable, opened, or damaged due to user fault may not be refundable.

In case of failed deliveries or incorrect orders, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
6. Vendor Responsibility

Partner vendors are responsible for the quality, packaging, and accuracy of items listed and delivered.

Woye performs verification and quality assurance checks but is not liable for vendor-provided product issues unless caused by our negligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

Woye is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability for any claim related to the use of the platform is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on Woye—including logos, text, graphics, software, and design—is owned by or licensed to Woye and may not be used without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
